Nick of Time

Built in 2014, Nick of Time is a houseboat built on top of a former steel transport work barge. The houseboat features cedar siding, a rooftop deck, corner aluminum windows, cedar plank interior, exposed fir ceiling beams, stainless steel counter-tops, large kitchen, tiger stripe hardwood floors, and a master bedroom suite.
