Big Time was built in 2018. It is 36' long and 19' wide! This houseboat features our most dynamic grand room with an incredible fir center and rib cage beam roof structure, a polished river rock fireplace, Swedish ash hardwood flooring, corner windows, a mid-century modern entry door with a custom door window wrap, and a kitchen featuring black cabinets, stainless steel counter tops and fridge, complimented by a white subway tile backsplash. The interior walls throughout the cabin are varnished Western Red Cedar planks milled in Oregon. The bedroom can comfortably host a queen size bed. The bathroom has a full size bathtub, white subway tile, custom tile flooring, and western red cedar. The utility room serves as a walk-in closet, provides access to cargo hold in hull, and has a custom-built varnished Douglas Fir ladder through the hatch skylight to the rooftop deck.
Built in 2015, Out of Time is self-propelled and sea-ready! Haggard Houseboats transformed this Kayot pontoon houseboat into a cabin with fir bead board ceilings, cedar plank walls, ash hardwood floors, a large kitchen with stainless steel countertops, breakfast bar, subway tile backsplash, large shower, built-in dressers, and porthole entry and exit doors. The houseboat has large bow and stern decks with ladder access to a full roof deck!
Built in 2016, It's About Time was built with all of the signature Haggard Houseboat touches. It has a gold roof, modern charcoal exterior paint, and contemporary red doors. The exterior has a custom made swim ladder with access to a roof deck. The interior is anchored by aluminum corner windows, ash hardwood floors, beefy exposed fir ceiling beams, cedar plank walls, large kitchen, and an elevated bed with built-ins below it.
Built in 2014, Nick of Time is a houseboat built on top of a former steel transport work barge.The houseboat features cedar siding, a rooftop deck, corner aluminum windows, cedar plank interior, exposed fir ceiling beams, stainless steel counter-tops, large kitchen, tiger stripe hardwood floors, and a master bedroom suite.
Built in 2009, Teak Barge is an one of a kind houseboat featuring an all teak wood exterior, arched fir ceiling beams, fir bead board interior walls, fir hardwood floors, river rock fireplace, built-in fir dinette, aluminum windows, and stainless steel countertops.
